Refund Policy: You may cancel a subscription and receive a full refund, before the first issue is mailed out. After the first, refund will only be partial. You may return new, unused items sold and fulfilled by Filmmakermagazine.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. This includes t-shirts and hats. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Items that are returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund. Refunds will only be processed in the manner they were initially placed... ie: by credit card.
